Our Process 

IR temperature calibration involves verifying and adjusting instruments that measure surface temperatures without physical contact across defined temperature ranges, wavelength sensitivities, and environmental conditions. Each device is compared to certified blackbody reference sources with known, traceable temperature and emissivity characteristics to identify any deviations from its intended performance.

Expert technicians use precision blackbody calibrators and controlled thermal sources to evaluate each instrument throughout its full operating range and under various emissivity conditions. They document all variations and may make the adjustments needed to restore accuracy. If an instrument cannot be restored to the required accuracy range, you receive detailed reporting with the data necessary for maintenance planning, uncertainty calculations, or replacement decisions.

Each instrument is returned with documentation linking its accuracy to national temperature and radiance standards—supporting industrial processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
