Joe Moser leads Accredited Labs with a vision of excellence and innovation, bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience. He has held key leadership roles at Continental Battery Systems, TruckPro, and Stericycle.
Joe also has a significant background with McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in service-based operations, growth strategy, and M&A, gaining extensive expertise in quality engineering and technical acumen.
Joe's strategic insights and operational leadership skills drive Accredited Labs toward new heights in the calibration services sector. Outside of work, Joe is passionate about car racing, a hobby that fuels his competitive spirit and precision-focused mindset.
Tom McDermott
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Tom McDermott manages the operations across our network, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. He brings over 20 years of experience in operations management, with notable roles at EverQuote and Wayfair.
Tom's extensive background at McKinsey & Company, where he tackled complex operations and strategy challenges, has equipped him with unparalleled strategic and analytical skills. Additionally, Tom served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he was named “Junior Officer of the Year” and gained invaluable leadership experience.
Devin Powers
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Devin brings approximately 10 years of accounting and finance experience in his role as Controller. Prior to Accredited Labs, he served as Director of Accounting at Retina Consultants of America, where he specialized in technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial M&A integration.
Devin also gained valuable accounting experience at EY, where he provided assurance services and earned his CPA license.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and golf and cheering on Texas A&M athletics.
Gary Fortin
Vice President of Marketing
Gary Fortin is a senior marketing strategist, creative leader, and accomplished business executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across diverse industries. At Accredited Labs, he leads revenue attribution, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and customer analytics with a data-driven approach.
Gary has held senior roles including CMO, CRO, and CEO, and founded Aperian, Inc., scaling it to a $1.2B NASDAQ-listed company. His expertise spans technology, media, healthcare, energy, and more, with a proven track record in brand development and full-stack revenue marketing operations.
Gary is a decorated USAF veteran that served with Joint Special Operations Command.
Ryan Arnold
Vice President of Sales
Ryan Arnold is a commercial leader with broad experience across public, private, and equity-backed organizations, with a strong specialization in regulated environments. He has held notable leadership roles at MasterControl and Transcat, and previously served as CEO of a portfolio of scientific services, software, and supplies businesses, including Pipette.com / Accutek Laboratories, Qualer, and Oxford Lab Products.
Ryan’s background also includes foundational experience at American Express and Paychex, giving him a well-rounded perspective across multiple industries and business models. His blend of strategic leadership and commercial execution helps drive growth, customer value, and operational excellence across complex markets.
Joe Gunn
Director, Accredited Labs Quality System
Joe Gunn's journey with OCS began in 1999 after earning his degree in Chemical Engineering, continuing a legacy started by his great grandfather, who founded the company in 1930.
Under Joe's leadership, OCS expanded its scope of accreditation from scales and balances to a wide range of disciplines. In 2010, he became an ISO 17025 Lead Assessor for LAB, later serving as chairman of their Technical Advisory Group.
Over the years, Joe has conducted 180 ISO 17025 assessments across the US and Canada for LAB and ANAB, along with 400 technical reviews of accreditation assessments. Having held roles as technician, quality manager, technical manager, general manager, and President at OCS, Joe is excited to bring his extensive experience to Accredited Labs.
Matt Fritz
Vice President of Corporate Development
Matt Fritz oversees the inorganic growth strategy at Accredited Labs, focusing on identifying and executing opportunities that align with our mission of providing unparalleled calibration services.
Prior to this role, Matt was an investment professional at Main Street Capital Corporation, where he specialized in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring investments made by the firm. He also gained extensive M&A and due diligence experience while providing transaction advisory services at Forvis Mazars and assurance services at EY, where he earned his CPA license.
In his free time, Matt enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping in the mountains.
